About You

Not a day goes by that I don’t say to myself, “I can’t wait to paint again”.

As joyful as that is to me, one of my other very favorite activities is teaching watercolor workshops, especially when someone who has never even tried to paint before and has the courage to try. The look on their face and the expression, “Wow, I did this!” has always given me a big happy feeling. When they get home and show their loved ones, someone inevitably says, “You did this?” 

Your friends and relatives will get a huge kick out of receiving and seeing the amazing cards you send them. Have fun and teach a child how to do it too!

That is why I am delighted to be able to share that joyful journey with you through my website and these lovely 3D Greeting Cards. They are a gentle way to introduce yourself to watercolor, and a fun new experience to those who already love watercolor. Let’s take this journey together!

About Me

My Love Affair With Watercolor
Painting and drawing has been a part of my life since I can’t remember when!

I started with oils, loved them! Went on to pastels, loved them also! As I got older and traveled more I discovered that watercolor paints were way more portable and much less mess. However the true deal breaker was that watercolor is water-based and no longer do I have to inhale turpentine or pastel dust.

I am an award winning artist who attended the Maryland Institute College of Art.

In the recent past I ran and afterschool art program at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Florida in 3 counties. I am a member of the National and Florida Watercolor Societies, the American Artists Professionl League, and the Society of Media Photographers (I was a Newpaper photographer for 10 years.)

I founded the Southwest Florida Watercolor Society in 2015, ran an art gallery of my own, and have given watercolor workshops to adults and children in Florida, California, and even some gifted young ladies in Honduras.
